    How quickly will you reply?

    Email enquiries are answered within one business day. For anything urgent — a stock check, an availability question, a delivery date — WhatsApp is answered around the clock and is always faster.

    Can I visit the showroom without an appointment?

    Yes, you are welcome to visit during business hours to see the colours and products in person. If you are coming to look at a specific product or a large quantity, message us first so we can make sure the right pieces are on the floor when you arrive.

    What should I include in a project enquiry?

    The more you tell us, the faster we can quote. Useful details are: the venue type, the products and quantities, the colours you are considering, your delivery suburb, and your timeline.

    If you have a floor plan, a moodboard or a photo of the space, send it through — it helps us recommend the right pieces and colour combinations.

    Do you deliver outside Sydney?

    Yes, we deliver Australia-wide from our Sydney stock. Delivery within Sydney is free on orders over $10,000 AUD. Freight to other states and regional areas is quoted per order based on destination and volume. Customer pickup from Sydney is always available at no charge.

    Can I order colour swatches?

    Yes. Colour swatches and product samples are available at cost, and if you place an order within the same calendar month the sample cost is deducted from your order. You can also see every colour in person at the showroom.

    I have my own design — can you manufacture it?

    Yes. Send a photo, sketch or description and our design team will develop it into a manufacturable product, supplying full 2D and 3D drawings within a maximum of 20 days with three rounds of revisions included.
